I've been wondering this for a while. The rules for this wiki specify that articles for in-universe topics need to be written in the past tense regardless of the living/dead status of the topic. (Ex: "Dale Cooper was ..." instead of "Dale Cooper is ...") I was just curious about the significance of this.
