Bill Shaker was a friend of Dougie Jones and husband of Candy Shaker.

At the Silver Mustang Casino, Bill and Candy encountered Dougie Jones, who appeared to have lost weight, but was in some sort of catatonic state. He reminded Dougie where he lived.[1]
