David Patrick Kelly is an American actor, who appeared as Jerry Horne in Twin Peaks and its 2017 revival. He also provided his voice to the audiobook release of The Secret History of Twin Peaks.
Kelly is also known for his roles as Luther in The Warriors and as T-Bird in The Crow.
