Don Sinclair Davis, Ph.D. was an American character actor, theatre professor, painter and captain in the United States Army who appeared as Major Garland Briggs in Twin Peaks and Twin Peaks: The Missing Pieces. Through the use of archive footage, Davis posthumously appeared in the show's 2017 revival.
