Kenneth Welsh was a Canadian film and television actor who portrayed Windom Earle in Twin Peaks (1990-1991). He briefly appeared in the 2017 series through the use of archive footage.
He was also known for his role as the father of Katharine Hepburn in Martin Scorsese's The Aviator.
