"Harpo, you talk too much."

Groucho Marx[src]

The Marx Brothers were a vaudeville troupe, comprised of at least five brothers, among them Groucho and Harpo.[1]

The group performed at the Bijou Opera House in the late 1910s.[2]

In a tape recorded for Diane Evans on February 20, 1989, FBI Agent Dale Cooper quoted Groucho Marx.[1]

In 2016, Agent Albert Rosenfield compared Agent Randall Headley to the Marx Brothers.[3]

Behind the scenes[]

The Marx Brothers were an American comedy act prominent in vaudeville, Broadway, and film in the first half of the 20th century, comprised of brothers Chico, Gummo, Harpo, Groucho, and Zeppo Marx.

In "Part 7," Will Hayward makes the joke, "Just the other morning, I caught two brown trout in my pajamas. How they got in my pajamas, I'll never know." This is a variation on a joke made by Groucho Marx's character in the 1930 film Animal Crackers.
