Richard Melville Hall also known as "Moby", is a musician and actor who portrayed a musician in the 2017 series of Twin Peaks.
David Lynch previously directed a video for one of the songs from Moby's album Rave in 2009. Moby also referenced Twin Peaks before by remixing "Laura Palmer's Theme" with his song "Go" from his album "Moby" in 1990.
Moby also remixed David Lynch song "The Big Dream" for which he also directed a video.
