Phoebe Ellen Ceresia, known professionally as Phoebe Augustine, is an American actress, best known for her role as Ronette Pulaski in Twin Peaks and Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me. She appeared as American Girl and – through the use of archive footage – Ronette in the 2017 series.
