Robert Forster was an American actor who appeared as Frank Truman in the 2017 revival of Twin Peaks.
He was the first choice to portray the role of Frank's brother, Sheriff Harry S. Truman and eventually turned it down due to a prior commitment to a different television pilot.[1] He also appeared in the David Lynch film, Mulholland Drive.
