Rodney Harvey was an American actor and model who played a biker named Scotty in Twin Peaks.
He was also known for his roles in films such as My Own Private Idaho and Guncrazy.
Following his death from a heroin overdose in 1998, photos of Harvey were used in an anti-drug public service announcement thus gaining further recognition.[1]
