Scott Frost is an American writer who wrote Episode 15 and Episode 21 of Twin Peaks, as well as "Diane..." - The Twin Peaks Tapes of Agent Cooper and the book The Autobiography of F.B.I. Special Agent Dale Cooper: My Life, My Tapes.
Frost was also an extra in "Episode 5", appearing as an Icelandic businessman.
He is the son of Warren Frost and the brother of Mark Frost.
