Two different places[]
I know the article doesn't exist yet but I thought it was rather clear that the season 3 park is definitely a different place, right? Whether that's because Carl actually moved back to Twin Peaks and opened a different one, or whether it's still in Deer Meadow which teleported across the state and now just "new" to explain the different filming location is a whole other debate, of course - but in any case I think the two should be separate.
