Victoria Catlin was an actress who appeared in Twin Peaks as Blackie O'Reilly.
She was perhaps best known for her roles in the films Maniac Cop, Ghoulies, and Howling V: The Rebirth.
She died on Feb 28, 2024 in Merriam, Kansas.[1]
