Washington was a state in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States, located north of Oregon, west of Idaho, and south of the Canadian province of British Columbia on the coast of the Pacific Ocean.[1]
The town of Twin Peaks was situated in the northeastern corner of the state, five miles south of the international border and twelve miles west of the state line with Idaho.[2]
